Mission:
Mission 9 - Unearthing Life
Location: Beach on the Planet
The warm rays of sun beamed down on the beautiful beach below. The soft light yellow sand stretched for miles. Tropical tree's, some sporting vibrant flowers lined the edge of the beach. Bushes and tall grasses danced in the whispering breeze as the waves lapped lazily from the crystal turqouise ocean. The melodic songs of birds filled the air along with the occassional rustling of the plants and gentle splash of the waves.
This beautiful haven benefited from no person in sight for miles. However, it was soon graced by two figures who came to being not far from the water's edge.
"This place sure is out of the way," Glenn Radars said as he held up a hand to shield his eyes from the high sun. He looked over at his companion and smirked. "I can see why you might want to have come here?"
"Well, I found it on the scans ok. I wanted to check it out." Sistine fibel replied as she placed a duffle bag down onto the sand.
"Well, lets not waste this time shall we. This is totally going to be like a 'beach episode'." He grinned as he stripped off his shirt. Sistine blushed as she watched him strip down to nothing but a pair of brightly coloured swimming shorts. He turned to look at her, hands on his hips. "What? Like what you see?"
"D... Don't say stuff like that!" Sistine snapped back. "I just wasn't expecting you to... you know..."
"What? Strip down to go and dive head first into that water?"
"Well... Yeah." Sistine replied.
Glenn smirked. "Oh, but I bet that you have your own swimsuit under there too... Don't lie. You totally do don't you?"
Sistine's cheeks flushed pink as she looked away briefly. She then unzipped her jacket.
Her swimsuit was a light, playful two-piece that suited the bright summer beach around her. The bikini top was simple in design, the soft white fabric cut into gentle triangular cups that were drawn together at the center by a small bow. Across the material ran a cheerful watermelon pattern—patches of warm pink dotted with tiny seed-like markings, edged with hints of green that evoked the rind of the fruit. The thin shoulder straps kept the top light and delicate, giving it an airy feel that matched the warm ocean breeze.
The matching bottoms carried the same colorful pattern. They rested lightly on her hips, the fabric gathered at each side and tied into neat bows that fluttered slightly whenever the breeze passed over the shore. The white background of the swimsuit made the pink and green pattern stand out vividly, the colors bright and summery against the deep blue of the sea behind her.
"Well..." Sistine said, her cheeks still flushed.
"Hmm." Glenn placed a hand to his face, resting his chin between his thumb and forefinger. "Not bad, not bad at all." He smirked. "Not a back pair you have there White cat. Plus, the whole bikini suits you well. Shows pretty much all of you, which I can honestly say is what I was hoping to see. I mean you probably could have pulled off a pretty good one piece, but this is way better. At least this doesn't allow me to fantasise about what I could be seeing, from your chest, your belly button to your legs. Its a ten out of ten for me!"
Sistine scrunched up her face slightly as she pouted at him, her cheeks flushing even more. "Don't say weird stuff like that! Its embarrassing!" she spluttered out as she turned away covering her chest with her arms. "Pervert!"
"Hey, you were the one who chose to wear it." Glenn smirked. "And you asked me for my opinion. Perfectly, I would totally 'do you' in that if I ever had the option."
Sistine's eyes opened a little wider with shock. "I'm going to go swimming! Come if you want! Or drown! I don't care!" she snapped at him as she began running off towards the crystal ocean.
Glenn let out a low chuckle as he watched her run off towards the water. "Damn, she has a nice rear end too. Now going to lie..." He said to himself as he followed after her at a slow walk.
[A few minutes later]
Sistine breached up from under the water, coming to a float. "Why is he always like this..." she muttered to herself as she floated for a few seconds.
There was a sudden splash and Glenn appeared right in front of her. "Boo!"
Sistine let out a small squeal, splashing water at him. "What was that for? Wait... how long were you under there? Were you close to me?"
Glenn smirked. "Long enough to get a good look up close."
Sistine narrowed her eyes again. "You pervert."
He let out a loud laugh. "Oh come on White-cat. You know I like to play around with you. You're so easy to wind up."
Sistine looked down, he was indeed very close to her. She could see his chest, how tones he actually was. He was always sloppy and lazy, but his body showed otherwise. "Yeah..."
Glenn reached out and patted her on the head, rusting her silver hair. "Oh don't be like that White-cat. You're cute when you get all Tsundere on me."
"I'm going back to shore." Sistine huffed. She pushed him away and then began the short swim back to the sandy beach. Once she reached the duffle bag she pulled out a blanket and laid down on the soft sand. Wrapping herself in a towel, she watched as Glenn continued to swim back and forth. His breaststroke was strong and he was quick for his size. Her heart thumped in her chest as she watched.
"Why am I feeling like this?" She whispered to herself as she laid down on the blanket, staring up at the clear sky. Her eyes began to flutter as she bathed in the warm rays. Soon her body surrendered and she was snoozing peacefully in the warm sun.
[Sometime later]
Sistine's eyes snapped open. The once bright blue sky had been replaced with a watercolour of orange and yellows. The sun was lower, slipping slowly below the horizon. She sat up instantly. Glenn was sitting next to her, a book in his hand. He was turning the pages as his eyes ran across the paper.
"What time is it?"
"Oh, you're up. About time. I thought I'd have to wake you up before it got too cold." Glenn said giving her a cheeky smile.
"You did something didn't you!" Sistine said as she shuffled away her arms once again protecting her chest. "Did you feel them?!"
Glenn sighed. "Look White-Cat. I might be a bit of an asshole. But I'm not that type of asshole. Its no fun to mess with you whilst you're asleep. Plus, you looked far too cute laid there. I can't say that I didn't look, but I'm more of a window shopping person, not a try before you buy it type of guy." he explained with a genuine smile.
"I... I wouldn't mind if you did try..." Sistine spluttered out.
Glenn gave her a confused look. "What exactly do you mean by that White-cat?"
Sistine let out a sigh. "Are you seriously that dense?" she asked with a sigh. "Like, I thought you knew women?"
"I like to think I know women. I mean, come on after all, I'm just a guy who never really grew up." He laughed outloud. "I love teasing you because I find you attractive."
"I... find you attractive to you know!" Sistine snapped out. "Why do you think I followed you here when you transferred! Damn it Glenn, its more than just attraction at this point!"
"Wait..." Glenn put his book down onto the blanket next to him. "What are you trying to say?"
"Damn it Glenn. I'm not just attracted to you. Even though I hate you at times, I can't help it. I love you. You stupid idiot!" Sistine blurted out, hints of frustration in her voice.
She didn't give Glenn any chance to reply as she lunged forward onto him, her lips meeting his. Her eyes closed as she wrapped her arms around him. Glenn was pushed backwards as she kissed him. However he didn't push away.
Finally she broke the kiss, her breathing heavy. She was laid on top of him, his arms had wrapped around her waist as he held her close. "White-cat..." He said in a low whisper. "Was that..."
"Totally intentional..." Sistine whispered back. "I want... more..."
Glenn's grip tightened on her waist as he rolled her over so she was now on her back. He loomed over her, looking down. His eyes were full of hunger, full of fire and desire. "Is this what you want?" He asked.
Sistine simply nodded as she looked into his eyes. "Just be... gentle..."
"I'll always be gentle with you. Sistine."
Him saying her name caused her heart to race even more. His alluring presence over her and his scent assaulted her senses as she braced herself for the inevitable. She smiled at him with endearment. "Thanks... Glenn..."
